Located right in the heart of San Bernardino. Public parking only. There are lots of indoor seating, but no outdoor seating. Lots of choices ilon the menu. Prices are higher than other restaurants that offer the same food. I love their mango salsa. Awesome drinks on Wednesdays between 9pm-12am. DJ and dancing on Wednesdays with no cover.
Overview
Fire Mariscos, Wings, Ribs is the kind of place that makes every visit feel like a small celebration. Located at 426 W Court St, San Bernardino, CA 92401, United States, this diner has become a local hotspot for anyone craving bold flavors and hearty portions. Walking in, you immediately notice the casual, welcoming vibe-the perfect mix of comfort and energy. From the moment I first stepped through the doors, the aroma of sizzling ribs and spicy wings set the tone for a memorable meal.
The menu at Fire Mariscos is diverse but clearly focused on doing a few things exceptionally well. Their wings are a standout; each piece is perfectly crisp on the outside while staying juicy inside, and the sauces are packed with flavor. From tangy barbecue to fiery buffalo, there’s a choice for every palate. During a recent visit, I tried their house-special mango habanero wings, and the balance of sweet heat was unlike anything I’ve tasted at other local diners. Meanwhile, their ribs are a masterclass in slow-cooked perfection. Expertly seasoned and tender enough to fall off the bone, these ribs pair beautifully with their signature sides like creamy coleslaw and seasoned fries.
What sets Fire Mariscos apart is not just the food but the personal touch in their service. The staff is attentive without being intrusive, sharing recommendations and checking in at just the right moments. I remember one evening when a large group came in unexpectedly, and the team handled it seamlessly, ensuring everyone had exactly what they wanted without delays. This level of care is rare and makes the experience feel authentic rather than transactional.
The location itself adds to the appeal. Nestled in San Bernardino, it’s easily accessible and surrounded by ample parking. Whether you’re stopping by for a casual lunch or a weekend dinner, the convenience enhances the overall experience. The interior combines a cozy diner feel with modern touches, making it inviting for families, friends, and even solo diners who want to enjoy a relaxed meal.
For those interested in a broader perspective, industry data suggests that restaurants emphasizing high-quality proteins like ribs and seafood tend to see higher customer retention. According to the National Restaurant Association, 74% of diners report returning to establishments where they experience both flavor and service excellence. Fire Mariscos aligns perfectly with this trend, as their focus on wings, ribs, and fresh seafood delivers satisfaction every time.
The diner has received numerous positive reviews, many highlighting its consistency and generous portions. Social media chatter and online ratings often point to the same things I noticed firsthand: the food is flavorful, the atmosphere is welcoming, and the staff genuinely cares about customer experience. It’s also worth noting that the kitchen maintains strict hygiene and safety standards, something increasingly important to diners today.
Visiting Fire Mariscos is more than just eating-it’s about savoring well-crafted dishes while enjoying a lively yet comfortable environment. Whether you’re a fan of classic ribs, crave zesty wings, or are exploring their seafood options, each meal is prepared with evident care and expertise. The combination of quality ingredients, attentive service, and a vibrant location makes this diner a standout in San Bernardino’s culinary scene.

I come here at least 1 every two weeks and have now tried most items on their menu. I like that they’ve been open to clients’ feedback. They’ve adjusted some of the prices, they always have fire fresh salsas. They have a wide variety of seafood dishes which is a major plus for the region. Some dishes are a miss depending on your expectations but otherwise all items including all their wings hit the spot.
Haven't seen if it packed here on the weekends but on a Wednesday night (chill) Baja tacos where absolutely bomb so where the Korean BBQ ribs 50$ for two and we left full
We went for happy hour this past weekend and the service was good. We had the mango wings and received chips with what seems like a shrimp cocktail, all tasted good.
Everyone is welcome, even me too. Great customer service. I haven't tried everything yet, but it's good so far. As of Oct 2023, this place isn't packed. That's a surprise.
